Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. bacon fat
1 head cabbage, shredded
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Heat bacon fat in 10-inch skillet.
Add cabbage.
Cook over low heat until brown.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Red cabbage may be fixed the same way.
