Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork (can use pork sausage)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely ground almonds
    2 cloves garlic, finely ground
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except cornstarch) well.
    Shape into meatballs the size of walnuts.
    Roll meatballs in cornstarch.
    Fry for 10 minutes.
