Old-Time Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh corn
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation

Mix ingredients together in the order given, adding just enough flour to hold fritters together.
Drop by tablespoon in hot fat; cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
