Real Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried oregano
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak bread in water 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add 2 eggs and mix well. Mix in ground beef, cheese, parsley, dash of pepper, oregano and dash of salt.
    With wet hands, form into small balls (about 24). Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons hot salad oil.
    Add meatballs to your favorite sauce.
