Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small sweet pepper, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. rice, cooked and salted
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in frypan.
    Remove beef from pan, reserving drippings. Dilute tomato paste with 2 cups water.
    Add salt. Mix rice, meat, onion, green pepper and tomato mixture together. Pour in 3-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 10 servings.
