Yellow Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large cucumbers
    12 large white onions
    12 stalks celery
    1/2 c. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers; scrape out seeds.
    Cut cucumbers, onion and celery in small cubes.
    Sprinkle with salt; let stand 2 hours; drain.
    Rinse with cold water; drain.
