Tomato Aspic(Stagecoach Inn, Salado, Texas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can tomato juice
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 bay leaf
2 whole cloves
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
3 Tbsp. gelatine
2 c. cold water
juice of 1 lemon
1 large can tomato juice (additional)
Preparation

Put the first 8 ingredients in pan and simmer for a long time; do not boil.
Mix next 5 ingredients well; then strain hot mixture into cold, stirring constantly.
Pour into tray and sprinkle with finely minced onion.
