Banana Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 can cream of coconut
1 stick margarine
4 bananas
juice from one orange

Preparation

Melt margarine and add sugar and cream of coconut; bring to a boil.
Boil until thick and squeeze juice of one orange into mixture.
Dice banana and put in mixture.
Toss.
Serve over vanilla ice cream by each serving.
