Mac And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. elbow macaroni
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 can tomatoes
grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. onion
1/4 lb. ground beef
Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil.
Add beef; cook until brown.
Add tomatoes and simmer while macaroni cooks per package label.
Layer macaroni in casserole dish.
Add layer of tomato mixture and cheeses.
Should be about three layers.
Pour 1/4 cup milk over entire casserole.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Should be heated all the way through.
