Baked Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. beer
24 clams on the 1/2 shell
10 slices bacon
4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cream the first four ingredients and then slowly beat in the beer.
Now put a small amount of the mixture on each clam.
Cut the bacon in sizes large enough to cover each clam (1/2 shell). Sprinkle bread crumbs over all and arrange on an oiled baking dish. bake in a 300\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
