Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. raw grated carrots (5 to 7 carrots)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs and vegetable oil well. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, carrots and walnuts and blend. Bake at 325\u00b0 in 1 layer in 9 x 13 pan for 45 to 55 minutes or in 2 layers in 8 x 8 pans for 40 minutes or in 3 loaf pans for 55 minutes.
