Chutney-Peanut Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
    8 oz. chutney
    1/3 to 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. honey roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Mix curry powder into softened cream cheese. Spread onto bottom of low-sided serving platter or dish. Cover with layer of minced chutney.
    Next, put a layer of chopped green onion. Sprinkle coconut next, then finally the layer of honey roasted peanuts.
    Let the guests spread their own on a sturdy cracker.
