Ingredients

1 pkg. soft cream cheese (3 oz.)
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 c. all-purpose flour
dash of salt
any flavor preserves
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and butter.
Beat until well blended. Stir in flour and salt.
Mix well.
Form into a ball.
Cover. Chill for 30 minutes.
