Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
2 lb. cooked shrimp
3/4 c. ketchup
4 c. cooked rice
1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can evaporated milk
2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter.
Add rice.
Add cooked shrimp and cheese.
Combine milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix and pour.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 10 to 12 people.
