Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 to 24 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated American cheese
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. salad dressing
1 roll buttery round crackers
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to directions on package and drain. Add celery, onion, grated cheese, water chestnuts and salad dressing.
Thoroughly mix and spread into long baking dish.
Crush crackers and sprinkle over top of vegetables.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
