Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 lb. red apples
2 c. celery, sliced thin
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. dark seedless raisins
lettuce leaves
Preparation

In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice.
With small sharp knife, dice apples (do not peel).
Add diced apples to mayonnaise and lemon juice mixture.
Stir to coat well.
Add sliced celery, walnuts and raisins.
Toss gently to mix well. Arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter.
Spoon salad into center.
