Parker House Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 heaping Tbsp. Crisco
1 egg
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 packet yeast
3 c. flour
Preparation

Combine hot milk, sugar, salt and Crisco.
Stir until shortening is melted and cool.
Mix yeast and lukewarm water.
Stir and let set a few minutes.
Combine with first mixture and add beaten egg.
Stir in flour and let set until twice the size.
