Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Brown sausage and cool.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard; beat again.
Add bread crumbs and stir.
Add cheese, sausage and mushrooms and stir.
Put in greased glass baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes in 1-quart dish or 30 minutes in a 2-quart dish.
