Mary Ann'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small container sour cream
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in covered skillet with Pam until white. Cut into small pieces or strips.
    Mix together in bowl the cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
    Add chicken and pour into casserole dish.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and spread over chicken mixture.
    Melt butter and pour over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Cook rice as directed on package.
    Serve hot chicken mixture over rice.
