Hamburger Stuffed With Blue Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground lean beef
    6 Tbsp. fresh chives, snipped
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    2/3 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 lb. Blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Gently mix all ingredients except the Blue cheese and shape into 8 thick patties.
    Make a pocket in the center of each patty; fill with Blue cheese and cover the cheese with meat.
    Broil, saute or grill for 5 minutes on each side for rare hamburgers.
