Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 large box any flavor Jell-O (dry)
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Heat pineapple and juice to boiling point.
    Then remove from heat and stir in dry Jell-O until dissolved, then let cool.
    Stir in buttermilk and Cool Whip and mix well.
    Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate until chilled.
