Sour Cream Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. drained French-cut beans
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 Tbsp. dried onion
    2 c. Wheaties
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter, then stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.
    Add sour cream, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thickened.
    Fold in green beans.
    Pour into casserole.
    Mix cheese and Wheaties together in a cool bowl, then sprinkle over the top of beans.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
