Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook rice, water and salt from directions on rice package. Let stand a while.
Heat milk.
Beat eggs and sugar; add to hot milk.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and cook, while stirring, for 3 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Add vanilla.
Pour into rice and stir.
Pour on large platter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
