Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut peppers in halves and remove seeds.
    Boil for 5 minutes. Put butter in skillet and add chopped onion and celery.
    Let cook 4 or 5 minutes, then add meat and cook until meat changes color. Add cooked rice, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Cook until thick or suitable to put in peppers.
    Add the liquid from meat for the sauce on top.
