Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
    1 c. frozen sweet corn, thawed and drained
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 c. crushed Doritos
    2 c. (8 oz.) Colby or Monterey Jack cheese, divided
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat; drain.
    Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.
    Layer half each of meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 20 minutes until thoroughly heated.
    Top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.
