Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 block of x-sharp Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb. cooked bacon
1 1/2 c. mayo (not miracle whip)
small diced onion
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, let refrigerate overnight at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with crackers.
