Peach Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. ascorbic-acid mixture for fruit
    2 c. sliced peaches
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. cooked rice, chilled
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    In bowl, in water, stir ascorbic-acid mixture for fruit until dissolved.
    Add peaches to mixture.
    Gently toss peaches until thoroughly coated.
    Let mixture stand 10 minutes.
