Sherried London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. London broil
    1 (6 oz.) can V-8 vegetable juice
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Score the steak and place it in a shallow dish.
    Make the marinade out of the rest of the ingredients.
    Marinate for 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
    Remove from marinade.
    Place on grill.
    Cook and brush occasionally with sauce.
    Total cooking time is about 30 minutes for rare.
    When done, slice thinly across grain.
