Fluff Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
dash of salt
1/3 c. water
1 egg white
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Boil sugar, tartar, salt and water.
Slowly add egg white and vanilla.
Beat, cool and spread.
