Light Puffy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast in water.
    Add sugar, oil, salt and egg; blend well.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add 2 cups flour; beat with mixer or wooden spoon until smooth.
    Gradually add flour; knead about 8 minutes.
    Let rise.
    Make into rolls or bread; let rise, then bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
