Second Day Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cold mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten to a froth
    salt and white pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all, except butter, beating well.
    Put in buttered casserole; spread butter over top.
    Bake 25 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven until brown on top.
