Swedish Meat Balls For 48 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. ground beef
    4 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs (dry)
    3 c. minced onion
    9 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3 lb. ground lean pork
    6 Tbsp. minced parsley
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. salt
    12 c. boiling water
    6 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Return meat balls to gravy.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 36 to 48 people.
    The meat balls may be made, cooked and refrigerated the day before serving.
