Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff.
Set aside.
Mix sugar and egg yolks. Add egg whites, vanilla and melted margarine.
Scald milk and add to other mixture.
Put in unbaked pie shell.
Put in cold oven and bake at 225\u00b0 until firm.
