Teriyaki Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. each ground turkey and beef
1/4 tsp. ground ginger, salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Mix the turkey, beef, ginger, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons light soy sauce. Form into burgers. Either grill or pan-fry until done. Brush with a mixture of the 1/4 cup soy sauce, honey and hot pepper sauce. Cook both sides for another minute.
Put meat on buns. Serve with a salad.
