Ray'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. McCormick's mild chili mix
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1/2 tsp. celery flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground
    beef; drain.
    Add chili mix, tomatoes and beans. Stir
    in
    celery,\tgarlic and parsley; bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
    Turn
    down
    heat\tand simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with cheese on top.
