Oklahoma Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies, drained (reserve juice)
Preparation
    Combine sausage, hamburger and finely chopped onion until browned.
    Drain fat.
