Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

8 chicken breast filets
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. oil
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Dip into beaten eggs; coat with bread crumbs.
Brown on both sides in oil in skillet; remove to 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and half the Parmesan cheese.
Spread spaghetti sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yield:
8 servings.
