Delicious Sauce For Brisket Or Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 5 lb. brisket or roast
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    2 to 3 oz. liquid smoke
    garlic salt to taste or 1 tsp.
Preparation
    Marinate brisket or roast in sauce overnight and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
    Leftover sauce may be used a second time or makes a delicious gravy.
