Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. mild cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add cornstarch & milk.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add cheese and seasonings.
    Serve on crackers or toast.
