Pecan Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sifted 10x sugar
    2 Tbsp. light cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour with salt; set aside.
    In large bowl, beat margarine, shortening, sugar, cream and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
    Stir in flour mixture until well combined.
    Stir in nuts.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2-inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or just until light golden brown.
    Remove to wire rack; cool.
