Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. butter
2 large potatoes, sliced
1 tsp. thyme
1 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute the onion in the butter until translucent.
Add the potatoes and combine.
Add the lemon juice, thyme and salt.
Mix. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
Put half the potato mixture in the casserole and sprinkle with the flour.
Add the rest of the potatoes.
Pour in the skim milk and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and slightly browned on top.
Yields 4 servings.
