Eye Of Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

eye of round roast
1 bottle French dressing
1 Tbsp. oregano
frozen empanada rounds or refrigerated pie dough, cut into 3-inch
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water

Preparation

This is probably not the way to make them at the West Indian Bakery in Hartford, Connecticut, but it's pretty good, anyway.
