Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
26 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Coat the steak and fry until brown.
Mix sauce, brown sugar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Pour over meat, arranging mushrooms and onion over meat.
Roast until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
