Lo-Cal Sour Cream - cooking recipe

1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender; cover.
Blend for 10 seconds or until smooth.
Makes 1 cup.
Use any way you would sour cream. Soft curd cottage cheese seems to work best; it gets smoother.
