Mom'S Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Line a deep pie pan with pastry.
    Place rhubarb in unbaked crust.
    Mix rest of ingredients to make a custard and pour over rhubarb.
    Butter may be dotted on top of pie rather than put into the custard.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until crust is set and reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until thick and rhubarb is tender.
