Black Forest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package devils food cake mix
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 - 8 ounce tub whipped topping
    chocolate curls
Preparation
    Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions. Bake in 2 9 inch cake pans.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Spread first layer with half of the pie filling and 1/4 of the whipped topping. Spread remainder of pie filling on top layer.
    Frost the cake completely with remainder of whipped topping.
    Garnish with chocolate curls.
