Ingredients
    1 medium venison loin, washed, cleaned and trimmed
    1 tsp. fresh minced garlic
    3/4 tsp. lemon pepper salt
    salt to taste
    3/4 c. olive oil (light)
    1 small can Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    2 eggs
Preparation
    You will need 1 (12-inch) cast-iron skillet.
    This recipe is good with any type of meat (beef, pork, chicken, etc.).
