Cinnamon Ornaments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bottle (4.12 oz.) ground cinnamon (about 1 c.)
    3/4 c. applesauce to form a stiff dough, adding additional applesauce if necessary
Preparation
    No baking and simple for kids!
    Combine the cinnamon and applesauce.
    Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut with cookie cutters.
    Make hole for ribbon.
    Carefully place on wire rack to dry.
    Let air dry several days, turning over occasionally. Makes 12 sweet smelling ornaments.
