Texas Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. brownie mix
1 stick margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. dark cocoa
1/4 c. milk
3 1/2 c. unsifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Make brownies according to package directions.
While brownies bake, prepare the frosting.
