Potluck Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 c. crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 melted oleo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine in large mixing bowl all ingredients.
    Pour into large greased casserole dish.
    Cover with corn flake mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can be mixed night before, put in refrigerator and add corn flake mixture before baking.
